What is Breathe Well?

Breathe Well is a 6-week interactive online course with over 12 hours of theory and practice. The course covers 10 different breathing techniques and includes printable cheatsheets to refer to in the future.

  • Discover how the way you breathe impacts your nervous system and overall wellbeing.

  • Learn about the anatomy of the breath and the two most critical parts of your body that you need to be engaging with when you breathe!

  • Learn how the breath shapes our mental and emotional experiences and how our mental and emotional experiences shape the breath.

  • Explore ways of consciously shaping the breath to create specific effects on the nervous system and the bioenergetics of the body and mind.

  • Understand how the breath can enhance and deepen your meditation and yoga practices and learn how to pair the most appropriate breathing techniques with your practices.

  • Learn ideal techniques for different times of day, as well as which techniques are helpful for a variety of circumstances, including anxious feelings, sadness, stagnation, anger, lethargy, etc.

WHEN: Starts April 15. A new class is released each week for 6 weeks. The classes are prerecorded so you can watch in your own time and you'll have 365 Day access so you can complete at your pace and revisit the lessons and practices as many times as you like. You'll also get access to LIVE Q&A sessions with Caitlin during the 6 weeks.

WHERE: All videos and materials are available online. Live Q&A Sessions will take place via Zoom.

  • Do I need any special experience or equipment to take the course?

    Everyone is welcome. You don't need any fancy tools or previous experience, just bring your breath! I will suggest props for some of the practices, but they are totally optional.

  • When does the course begin?

    The course is six weeks long and begins on April 15. You'll have access to the course for 365 days so there is no rush to finish!

  • When are the lessons released?

    The lessons are released each Saturday mornings (AEDT), with the first lesson on April 15. You'll have access to the course for 365 days so there is no rush to complete, though we do suggest keeping up each week if you can!

  • What if I can't do the lessons each week?

    No worries! The lessons are uploaded each week and you will have access to the recordings for 365 days so that you can complete the course in your own time, and revisit the lessons and practices as often as you like!

  • Will I receive any course materials that I can refer back to later?

    Of course! You will receive printable PDF cheatsheets to refer back to in the future for each of the practices you learn. You'll also have access to all of the video lessons for 365 days.

  • How many spots are available?

    Spaces are limited to ensure a safe, comfortable, and personalized experience for everyone. Often, a number of participants are unable to attend the Q&A sessions, so our live sessions are often highly personalized! There is always enough time for you to ask questions and share your experiences (if you wish to!).
